Plumbing Apprentice/Helper
Rooter Hero is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice/Helper in Phoenix, AZ
. This entry‑level, full‑time position offers on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to advance into a full plumbing career.
Schedule: Full‑time
Pay Rate: $18 – $23 per hour
- Assist experienced plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing tasks.
- Carry tools, cut pipe, prepare job sites, and support daily operations.
- Learn plumbing installation techniques, safety procedures, and trade best practices.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized condition.
- Provide excellent support to technicians and customers.
- Follow all company guidelines, training programs, and safety protocols.
- No prior experience required.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Personal hand tools are a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
