Your Role

You'll be the expert our customers depend on - diagnosing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems with precision and respect. Every call follows the Nexstar Six-Step Service System, ensuring consistency and five-star experiences.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems with accuracy and pride.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, presenting options they can trust.
• Maintain detailed records in Service Titan.
• Keep your truck, tools, and workspace organized and fully stocked.
• Represent the George Brazil legacy with professionalism in every home you enter.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience and confidence in your craft.
• A passion for service, not just repair - someone who values doing things right.
• A valid driver's license and clean record.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Service Titan a plus.
