We're hiring experienced professionals to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, and appliances
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance, from roof resealing to slide-out adjustments
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and document all work performed
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met on every unit
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts teams for seamless repairs

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on RV repair experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• RVIA/RVDA certification a plus (but not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
