Plumbing Foreman

Interstate Mechanical Corporation (IMCOR) is one of Arizona’s largest Mechanical subcontractors, specializing in Design/Build, Industrial HVAC, Piping & Plumbing Systems, Service Maintenance and Special / Facility Projects.

As a Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our plumbing technicians in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, efficient scheduling, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate directly with project managers, estimators, and clients, and will play a key role in the successful execution of plumbing projects from start to finish.

• Supervise and support plumbing field crews on commercial construction and service projects
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of technicians using Service Trade
• Review and approve timesheets, job statuses, and work orders
• Conduct job site visits for quality assurance, code compliance, and safety checks
• Communicate with customers and GC’s regarding job progress, changes, and expectations
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and functioning properly
• Assist with estimating, project planning, and coordination with other trades
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians, promoting skill development
• Enforce company safety protocols and industry regulations

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
• 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and local codes
• Proficient in Service Trade or similar field management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
