Location:

2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103, Tempe, AZ 85282. This job requires traveling across the greater Phoenix Area (sites will vary based on the job).

Monday – Friday. Hours may vary between 5am-4pm (some rotation of on‑call shifts, nights and weekends). Hourly Rate: $35 – $50 DOE.

• You must be 18 years old.
• You must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• You must be able to pass a drug test.
• You must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• You must have your own toolkit.
• A pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.

As you might expect, HVAC Service is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for rooftop units, humidifiers, packaged air conditioners, refrigerated air dryers, and control systems.
• Working with chillers, cooling towers, hot water/steam boilers, condensers/chilled water pumps and exhaust fans regularly.
• Variable frequency drives, computer room AC equipment, air handling/fan coil units and air compressors will also be a big part of your workload.
• Installing commercial units.
• Responsible for teaching apprentices.
• Additional duties as required.
