Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman – Felix Construction Company
• Phoenix, AZ, United States

• Lead electrical crews in the installation and wiring of RTUs, VFDs, LCPs, switch gear, field instrumentation, and other industrial equipment.
• Interpret and execute work packages, electrical drawings, and MOPOs (Method of Procedure).
• Ensure crews follow all safety procedures, conduct daily safety briefings, and maintain compliance with NEC, NFPA 70, and company safety protocols.
• Coordinate material delivery, inspect inventory, and manage tools and equipment on‑site.
• Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to meet daily and weekly goals aligned with project schedules.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced electricians and laborers.
• Track crew hours and complete weekly timecards accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a 4‑year electrical apprenticeship preferred
• At least 8 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Skilled in reading blueprints, ladder diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Familiar with conduit bending and installation (½" to 4"), switch gear setup, and control wiring
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for jobsite documentation
• Clear communicator with inspectors, engineers, and cross‑functional teams

This position requires working outdoors at construction job sites in extreme weather conditions. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and use hand tools. Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, walk, and reach for extended periods.
