Maintenance Technician

Phoenix, AZ Full-time On-call rotation

We're looking for an experienced, reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep our Phoenix-area communities in great shape. If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong all-around repair skills — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC — we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Complete and track maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
Perform repairs and upkeep on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Handle carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
Prepare vacant units for new residents, including all required maintenance and cleaning.
Conduct routine property inspections to spot and address issues early.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

What you bring

At least 2 years in maintenance, property management, or a related field.
Proven skills across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The ability to work independently and manage your time well.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
