Position: Commercial Roofing Production Crew

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, based on experience

Tiello is partnering with an established commercial roofing contractor that is expanding into the Phoenix market and building a new local production team.

We are hiring 5 Commercial Roofing Production Crew Members / Roofers / Installers to join the Phoenix operation.

Commercial Roofing Production Crew Members will work alongside experienced Foremen and roofing professionals on commercial roofing projects throughout Arizona and the Southwest.

The company performs work across TPO, spray foam, roof coatings, fluid-applied roofing systems, reroofing, repairs, and other commercial roofing applications
.

Candidates with TPO experience are highly encouraged to apply, but the company is also open to dependable individuals with strong construction experience who are willing to learn and develop their commercial roofing skills.

• Assist with commercial roofing installation and daily production activities.
• Install and assist with TPO and other single-ply roofing systems.
• Assist with spray foam and roof coating applications.
• Perform roof preparation, tear-off, installation, flashing, detailing, and cleanup.
• Load, unload, and stage roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow direction from Foremen and field leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Learn and apply proper commercial roofing installation techniques.
• Assist experienced installers in meeting daily production goals.
  
  Properly operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a production crew.
• Travel to project locations as required.

• Commercial roofing experience preferred, but not required for all positions.
• TPO experience is highly desirable.
• Spray foam or roof coatings experience is a plus.
• Construction, roofing, or other hands-on field experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel when projects require it.
• Must be able to meet the employer's requirements for direct employment.
