Your impact
Service, repair, and optimize commercial HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration.
Execute routine and predictive maintenance to prevent downtime.
Identify mechanical faults and implement reliable, code-compliant fixes.
Coordinate with property maintenance teams to solve problems quickly.
Record diagnostics, actions, and materials via digital/mobile reports—no paper forms.
Where you’ll apply your expertise
Cooling tower service and central plant operations
Chillers and chilled water pump systems
Ductless/mini-split equipment
10–50 ton commercial units
Built-up systems and diverse commercial building systems
Hands-on experience with central plants and chilled water systems is strongly preferred.
What it takes to succeed3+ years in commercial HVAC service with strong mechanical diagnostics.
Ability to support property maintenance related to HVAC installations.
Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues.
Plus points: proficiency with plumbing, welding, and refrigeration techniques.
Position details
Permanent, full-time opportunity (not seasonal).Compensation is experience-based and will be discussed in the interview.
