Fleet Mechanic, Automotive Technician | Phoenix, AZ

AAA Cooper Transportation, is immediately hiring a reliable and experienced Mechanic to join the team at our Phoenix, AZ Service Center. As a fleet mechanic, automotive technician, you will help the terminal ensure that equipment is well-kept to allow the movement of freight throughout our network. RESPONSIBILITIES - A Day in the life

• Bumper-to-bumper preventive maintenance service and/or repair to tractors and trailers

• Preventive maintenance inspections

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Brake system repair

• Tire maintenance

• Minor diesel engine repair

• Air conditioning system repair

REQUIREMENTS
- What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 18 years or older

• Previous experience in truck and trailer repair

• Working knowledge of most systems of a truck tractor, trailer, and dolly

• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check
