HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

• Install, start up, test, and commission commercial HVAC systems, including VRF, air handlers, RTUs, heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and ductwork
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment servicing
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system issues using appropriate diagnostic tools
• Repair or replace components including compressors, motors, valves, thermostats, controls, and other equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service issues, repairs, and recommendations
• Complete service reports, startup documentation, maintenance logs, and job sheets accurately
• Maintain compliance with EPA refrigerant regulations, applicable codes, and company safety requirements
• Identify jobsite hazards, use required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area

• HVAC training program completion or equivalent hands-on experience
• EPA 608 certification required
• 2+ years of HVAC service and repair experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use HVAC diagnostic tools and software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work in confined spaces and extreme temperatures
