Location:

North Phoenix

Schedule:

10–12 hour shifts with overtime available

Expected

Hours:

50–60 hours per week

Language:
English or Spanish accepted

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial and commercial carpentry work
• Install drywall and metal studs
• Complete finishing work and surface preparation
• Perform industrial paint and coating applications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Operate small hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and maintain quality standards
• Follow OSHA regulations and all jobsite safety procedures

Requirements

• Experience in commercial or industrial construction required
• Experience with drywall, metal studs, finishing, paint, and coating
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
