Lead on-site crews delivering commercial structured cabling, cable pathways, MDF buildouts and documented test results.
What you would do- Coordinate crew tasks and site communication.
- Read drawings, install and label cabling, and verify work against project requirements.
- Document test results, progress and closeout photographs.
- 3+ years leading commercial structured cabling crews.
- Practical knowledge of cable testing, pathways and safe installation methods.
- Clear jobsite communication and accurate reporting.
- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations and punctual attendance.
- IpOctet maintains a drug-free workplace. Team members are expected to report to work fit for duty and follow all safety requirements.
- Experience with fiber installations and digital cable certification tools.
