Resident Service Coordinator
Currently seeking a Resident Service Coordinator for an affordable apartment community with 3 scattered sites in Glendale, AZ.
Responsibilities- Provide social service support to residents.
- Assist residents with case management and local resource referrals.
- Maintain detailed records and submit reports as required.
- 2-3 years experience in social service delivery with elderly and individuals with disabilities.
- Degree in a social/human service field.
- Strong customer service, case management and computer skills.
- Excellent time management and recordkeeping skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Hours:
40 hours per week. - Salary: DOE.
