We're hiring passionate, in-person Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Speech-Language Pathologists - CCC (SLPs) for the 2025/2026 school year all over the Phoenix (PHX) metropolitan area. * * Full-Time Contract Position (W-2) *- Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Hiring for the 2025/2026 school year

* Schedule:

* 37.5-40 hours per week, aligned with the district's academic calendar

* Caseload:
* Schools: 55-80 students

* Compensation:

* * Yearly Salary:* $90,000-$125,000

* Position Requirements:
* * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology

* Active Arizona State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license or ability to obtain

* Active Teaching credential or ability to obtain

* Active IVP card or ability to obtain

* Active ASHA Certificate

* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Experience with children/adolescents (preferred, not required)

* Key Responsibilities:

* students needing speech and language support.

* * Provide individual & group therapy
* using curriculum-based materials.

* * Develop & implement IEP goals
* to foster student success.

* * Create an engaging learning environment
* to promote communication and growth.

* * Collaborate with teachers, specialists & supervise support staff.

* * Utilize alternative communication systems
* when necessary.

* * Ensure compliance
* with all local, state, and federal education regulations.
