- Provide trauma-informed care, clinical intervention, and therapeutic services
- Deliver individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based practices
- Provide crisis counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Conduct case management and coordinate with child protective services and community partners
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive child advocacy
Complete timely, accurate documentation per regulatory standards - Participate in clinical trainings, case reviews, and team meetings
- Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, licensing requirements, and mandatory reporting laws
- Contribute to a positive, mission-focused workplace culture committed to child safety and healing
- Master’s Degree in related field.
- State-required license or certification (LAC, LMSW, LAPC, etc.)
- Ability to work with vulnerable children and families
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork
- Experience in trauma-informed care
- Bilingual skills
- Experience with child welfare, crisis counseling, or nonprofit program support
- Commitment to Childhelp’s mission of child abuse prevention and victim advocacy.
- Typical schedule : 8am-5pm
- In-person
- May require occasional on‑call or adjusted hours based on client needs
