We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Developer who is willing to commute to and work from the client office located in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners (POs) to break down Epics into actionable Stories and provide technical context on how proposed solutions will come together.
• Collaborate with PDMs/POs to define clear technical specifications for each Story.
• Guide Product Owners on implementation details to ensure Story breakdowns align with the intended technical approach.
• Contribute to the sequencing and incremental delivery of capabilities to enable smooth, iterative releases.
• Own the execution of assigned Epics and Stories, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to track progress, manage risks, and maintain delivery guardrails.
• Ensure that Level 3 and Level 4 designs are completed by the team and fully conform to Level 1 and Level 2 architectural standards.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and alignment with other Team Leads.
• Mentor and coach junior developers and QA engineers to promote consistent, repeatable, and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee the estimation and sizing process, ensuring execution aligns with estimates and team capacity.
• Facilitate and guide the team during planning poker sessions to improve estimation accuracy.
• Monitor individual and team velocity, ensuring adherence to agreed estimations and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the SDLC, including code reviews, unit testing coverage, and adherence to development best practices.
• Champion code quality, testing standards, and engineering discipline across the team.
• Verify that unit test coverage, pull request reviews, and other quality gates are consistently maintained.
• Maintain transparent and proactive communication with Engineering Directors, ensuring they are informed of team priorities, risks, and challenges.
• Act as a bridge between the technical team and product leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.

Requirements Core iOS Development

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining production iOS applications
• Expert in Swift (5.x+), with strong proficiency in Swift
  
  UI and UIKit
• Deep understanding of iOS SDK, Foundation, and Core frameworks
• Skilled in using Xcode 14+ and modern iOS development tools
• Strong knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and iOS design principles

Architecture & Design Patterns

• Proven experience implementing MVVM and modular, scalable architectures
• Solid understanding of dependency injection, inversion of control, and Clean Architecture concepts
• Experienced in using the Coordinator pattern to manage complex navigation flows

Reactive Programming

• Advanced experience with Combine framework
• Familiar with RxSwift and reactive programming paradigms
• Strong grasp of asynchronous data streams and publisher-subscriber patterns

Networking & APIs

• Experienced in integrating Graph
  
  QL APIs using Apollo iOS client
• Proficient with RESTful APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, and Web Socket communication
• Strong understanding of concurrency and async programming in Swift
• Knowledgeable in API security and authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, tokens)

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Experienced in writing unit tests with XCTest and UI automation tests
• Knowledge of TDD practices, mocking, and test doubles
• Familiar with code coverage and continuous testing tools

Dependency Management

• Skilled with Swift Package Manager (SPM) and Cocoa Pods (for legacy support)
• Understanding of semantic versioning and dependency resolution

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Proficient in maintaining code quality using Swift Lint and Swift Format
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean coding standards
• Experienced in code reviews, debugging (LLDB, Instruments), and performance optimization
• Focused on maintainability, readability, and scalable codebase design
