• Design, develop, and integrate advanced software solutions for next‑generation traffic, collision avoidance, and airborne surveillance avionics.
• Support software on legacy airborne surveillance products.
• Participate in requirements gathering and design.
• Architect and code software solutions.
• Integrate and test components throughout the development cycle.
• Achieve certification and conduct test activities.
• Provide customer support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in software engineering practices, TCAS, and airborne avionics technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of embedded software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.

• Experience with the embedded software development lifecycle per DO‑178C.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Experience with SOC and multi‑core processors.
• Knowledge of software configuration and change management practices with DOORS and Atlassian tools.
• Experience in similar product domains such as Avionics, Navigation, or Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS‑B, DME, UAT).
• Experience with input/output processing for A429 and Ethernet interfaces.
• Diverse and global teaming and collaboration.
• Effective communication skills.
• Creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
