Responsibilities- Design, develop, and integrate advanced software solutions for next‑generation traffic, collision avoidance, and airborne surveillance avionics.
- Support software on legacy airborne surveillance products.
- Participate in requirements gathering and design.
- Architect and code software solutions.
- Integrate and test components throughout the development cycle.
- Achieve certification and conduct test activities.
- Provide customer support as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in software engineering practices, TCAS, and airborne avionics technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of embedded software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.
- Experience with the embedded software development lifecycle per DO‑178C.
- Experience with Agile development processes.
- Experience with SOC and multi‑core processors.
- Knowledge of software configuration and change management practices with DOORS and Atlassian tools.
- Experience in similar product domains such as Avionics, Navigation, or Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS‑B, DME, UAT).
- Experience with input/output processing for A429 and Ethernet interfaces.
- Diverse and global teaming and collaboration.
- Effective communication skills.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
