You will report directly to our Software Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

• Design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions for Industrial Automation applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
• Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• 7 years of software engineering experience with strong skills in Python and familiarity with React, Angular, or similar SPA technologies.
• Master’s or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML or related field.
• Proven track record of building and deploying Generative AI applications (LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable AI workloads.
• Experience with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into AI‑powered solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across product, research, and engineering teams.

• Experience with agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, tool‑using LLMs).
• Experience working with enterprise‑level system designs and implementing IT security best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Proven track record of an innovative mind set, excellent execution, and responsiveness to customers, team and management.
