A global financial company is urgently hiring a Senior Staff Engineer for a full‑time position. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience with Java as well as proven mentorship and technical leadership skills.
In this role, you'll be 50% hands‑on developing B2B applications for commercial products using Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, JavaScript, React.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgre
SQL, CI/CD, and public cloud platforms.
This position requires onsite work three days per week in Phoenix and offers a competitive 20% bonus.
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field
- 10+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience
- Java 17+
- Spring Boot
- React.js
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD
- PostgreSQL
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
- Kotlin experience is a plus
