Full Stack Developer - Kids Dental Brands

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Shared Services team. This individual will design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions that support both front- and back-end systems across a multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate is deeply comfortable working within the Microsoft ecosystem, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who wants to work on meaningful projects beyond routine bug fixes - someone who is motivated to contribute to innovation, support internal stakeholders, and help build tools that keep our organization growing and efficient.

Summary of

Essential Job Functions:
  • Build and maintain front‑end and back‑end applications.
  • Design, develop, and integrate APIs.
  • Maintain software version control using Git Hub or similar tools.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed.
  • Support both minor enhancements and larger, full‑cycle development projects.
  • Ensure applications meet both technical requirements and user needs.
  • Test software for responsiveness, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Balance multiple competing priorities and projects.
  • Stay current on developments in web applications and programming technologies.
  • Contribute to organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience
  • Schedule: Training will require in‑office presence, after which the position shifts to a flexible hybrid schedule as you grow into the role.
  • Job Type: Hybrid, full‑time

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; computer science, information systems, or programming focus preferred

Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional development experience
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git, TFS, or SVN
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular

    JS, React)
  • Extensive experience with server‑side languages such as .NET, Python, or Java

Technical

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with C#, Blazor, Visual Studio, and Azure infrastructure
  • Familiarity with SQL Server is helpful but not required
  • Advanced computer skills across modern development tools and environments

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to stay calm during stressful or time‑sensitive situations
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Collaborative, proactive approach to teamwork and problem‑solving
