Senior .NET Engineer

This full-time .NET Software Engineering opportunity is in Tempe, AZ (3 days onsite: Monday-Wednesday) and offers the chance to join a long-standing organization that’s been operating since 2002. You’ll work hands-on with modern Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET (legacy 4/5 and modern .NET
8), Angular 18, Type Script, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL Server/Oracle. The role sits on a small, collaborative engineering team building and maintaining high-impact internal applications that directly support core business operations.

The standout feature of this opportunity is ownership and impact engineers get here. You won’t get buried in enterprise layers – instead, you’ll help design and build mission-critical systems like a custom litigation CRM for partner law firms, an in-house voice analytics platform leveraging Whisper AI, and a full rebuilding of their customer-facing portal with real-time chat capabilities. They’re looking for someone who enjoys smaller/mid-sized company environments, wants variety, and thrives in a team where your work matters.

• 5-7+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
• C# / .NET (legacy 4/5 + current .NET
  8)
• JavaScript & Type Script
• Angular- ideally Angular 18
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• SQL Server or Oracle experience (T-SQL or PL/SQL)
• Strong experience across C#, Type Script, and Angular

• Secure coding knowledge (OWASP, secure coding best practices)
• Win Forms or WPF desktop development
• Industry experience in debt collections, credit reporting, or other highly regulated sectors
• Background working on call center applications
• Experience with Genesys or AI platforms
• Exposure to voice analytics, transcription systems, or Whisper AI
• Strong communication and comfort working in a smaller team environment

Daily Responsibilities

• 80% Hands-On Development
• 10% Architectural/Design Contributions
