Our client, a leader in aerospace and aviation technology, is seeking a US – Sr Advanced Software Engineer to join their team. As a US – Sr Advanced Software Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting the development of innovative flight management systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
  • Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for aerospace systems.
  • Support and install software applications and operating systems related to flight management systems.
  • Participate in testing processes, including test review, analysis, witnessing, and certification of software.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure software meets project specifications and standards.
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle development of aerospace products, adhering to industry standards such as DO‑178B/C.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4‑6 years of experience in embedded C/C++ development and UI development, preferably with Airbus FMS.
  • Experience with aerospace product development and full lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as DO‑178B/C and familiarity with FMS UI development.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently or lead a team when necessary.
