Job Title: Software Developer (Hybrid)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite/week)
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt | Hybrid Work Schedule

Reports to: Software Development Manager
We are looking for a motivated and innovative Software Developer to join our hybrid team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, youll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that align with business needs. You will work on a mix of web and backend development projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
KeyResponsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Participate in software architecture decisions and technical planning sessions.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that follows best practices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
Debug and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Work in Agile or Scrum development environments, attending daily standups and sprint reviews.
Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and software quality.
Qualifications:Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (.NET, Node.js, Django, etc.).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL), and version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops tools.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Exposure to mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
