Mulesoft Developer

We are seeking an experienced Mule Soft Developer to design, develop, test, and support enterprise integration solutions using the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, technical leads, business stakeholders, and development teams to build scalable APIs and integration services that enable seamless connectivity across enterprise applications and data sources.

Banking or financial services experience is considered a plus but is not required.

What you will do at Sogeti:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Mule Soft integration solutions using Mule 4.
• Build and maintain System, Process, and Experience APIs following API-led connectivity principles.
• Create integration flows utilizing REST, SOAP, JMS, FTP/SFTP, databases, and cloud applications.
• Develop reusable assets and integration components.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Create and execute unit tests using MUnit.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams.

What you will bring:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Mule Soft development experience.
• Experience with Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Experience working with JSON, XML, SOAP, and REST services.
• Experience integrating with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git-based source control.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mule Soft Certified Developer
• Experience with Cloud Hub and Runtime Fabric.
• Experience implementing API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, and SSO.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, or Git Hub Actions.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Banking, financial services, lending, payments, or fintech experience.
• Exposure to enterprise integration programs involving cloud and on‑premises systems.
