Job Description Develops web and desktop based solutions that deliver increased efficiency, timeliness, and quality gains.

- Experience with entire application life cycle, including the ability to assess opportunities and partner with staff to develop detailed application requirements. Excellent analytic, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Ensures application documentation is correct and complete. Identifies solution options and negotiates with business leads in regards to functionality and delivery time frames.

-Manages efforts to overcome obstacles and meet stated time frames.

-Leads and contributes to programming and code development efforts.

-Partners with teammates, peer teams, and business contacts to identify improvement opportunities. Ensures high quality is at the forefront.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, typically six or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of four years experience application program development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.

-Previous experience in the Education or Certification field preferred.
