The Software domain refers to the area within Information Technology that focuses on the development, deployment, management, and maintenance of software applications that support business processes and user needs. This includes development, application lifecycle management, requirement analysis, QA, security & compliance, and maintaining the applications and infrastructure.

Write, test, and document code, scripts, and processes following organizational standards

Solve technical problems and build impactful components/libraries

Deliver high-quality work and mentor junior engineers in technical skills

Conduct root cause analysis to address systemic issues and lead action plans

Design integrated systems that enable cross-functional teams to deliver value at scale, speed, and reliability

Manage technical debt and drive initiatives to eliminate it Anticipate scaling, latency, and durability challenges, guiding teams in mitigation

Collaborate with security teams to implement secure practices early in development

Assess technical risks and implement prevention strategies

Evaluate squad delivery practices, recommend improvements, and drive change

Identify and eliminate duplication of effort, promoting reuse across teams

Measure team performance and support individual development

Explore emerging technologies, lead prototype development, and incorporate into architectural solutions

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training3+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

Airline Industry experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications Core QA Automation & Engineering Programming:
Python, Java, C#, and/or JavaScript/Type Script; object-oriented design, clean code, Git, and code review. UI automation:
Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent; stable locators, page or component abstractions, and parallel execution. API and integration testing:
Postman/Newman, REST Assured, PyTest, Karate, Pact or other contract-testing tools; REST, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, and service authentication. Test frameworks:
PyTest, JUnit/TestNG, NUnit, Cucumber/BDD, Wire Mock, Mockito, Moq, or equivalent. Data validation: SQL, reconciliation queries, schema and mapping validation, effective-dated data, audit records, delta processing, and large-volume verification. CI/CD:
Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, quality gates, test reporting, artifact management, and environment configuration. Performance and reliability: JMeter, k6, or Gatling; failover, retry, idempotency, recovery, and resiliency validation. Observability:
