Milieu Global IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Robotics Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in robotics engineering, autonomous systems, and real‑world robotic applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling complex robotics challenges, contributing to system architecture, and guiding technical development from concept to implementation.

• Design, develop, integrate, and test robotic systems and autonomous applications.
• Develop robotics software using C++ and Python

• Work with ROS/ROS2
  , robotic middleware, and system integration.
• Implement autonomous navigation, localization, mapping, and motion‑planning solutions.
• Integrate and troubleshoot sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, GPS, and other robotics hardware.
• Work on SLAM, sensor fusion, perception, and real‑time robotics systems.
• Collaborate on robotics architecture, prototyping, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Identify and resolve complex hardware and software integration issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when required.
• Contribute to project documentation and ensure timely delivery of assigned milestones.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in robotics engineering or autonomous systems.
• Strong hands‑on programming skills in C++ and Python

• Practical experience with ROS/ROS2
  .
• Good understanding of SLAM, localisation, mapping, navigation, and motion planning.
• Experience integrating sensors and robotic hardware.
• Knowledge of Linux, Git, debugging, and real‑time systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to independently manage complex technical tasks.
• Experience with real‑world robotics projects is essential.

• Experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), UGVs, industrial robotics, drones, or field robotics.
• Familiarity with Nav2, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, OpenCV, PCL, or similar robotics tools.
• Experience in AI‑based perception, computer vision, or sensor fusion.
• Exposure to robotics applications in mining, inspection, industrial automation, or other challenging environments.
