Senior Python​/LangGraph Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Python / Lang Graph Engineer to join the team building an Enterprise Agent Development Platform — a production-grade, cloud-native ecosystem that enables engineering teams to define, orchestrate, deploy, and observe AI agents  platform standardizes agent development across the organization using Lang Graph and Strands Agents on AWS Agent Core Runtime, providing a single-file developer experience where the platform handles runtime, tooling, observability, and deployment automatically.

• Design and implement Python-based Lang Graph nodes, edges, and graphs for agent orchestration delivery
• Build checkpointing mechanisms using SQLite, Redis, and Postgres check pointers within Lang Graph
• Develop human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows to support controlled agent decision points
• Implement retry, timeout, and fallback patterns to ensure reliable orchestration behavior
• Integrate Open Telemetry tracing across orchestration steps for full pipeline observability
• Collaborate with the Development framework team to standardize Lang Graph orchestration practices
• Contribute to the reliability and scalability of agent workflows deployed on AWS Agent Core Runtime
• Support the evolution of the platform's single-file developer experience for agent builders

• 5+ years of experience in Python development
• Expertise in Lang Graph or Lang Chain agent orchestration
• Proficiency in async Python (asyncio)
• Skills in Python-based Lang Graph node, edge, and graph construction
• Familiarity with checkpointing approaches using SQLite, Redis, and Postgres check pointers
• Background in HITL workflow implementation
• Knowledge of retry, timeout, and fallback patterns in Lang Graph
• Understanding of Open Telemetry tracing across orchestration steps
• Nice to have Familiarity with AWS Bedrock integration
• Skills in multi-agent workflow testing
• Knowledge of Lang Smith trace visualization
