Stretch Manager – EōS Fitness

We are looking for a sales‑driven leader to manage the Stretch department and help members achieve their health and wellness goals through customized mobility programs.

Position Purpose

Assess member needs to formulate and recommend customized mobility programs and services. Own the member experience and business objectives on weekends while preparing to manage the club.

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation through marketing and networking.
  • Implement the sales process to convert information requests into paying customers.
  • Manage stretch staff schedule.
  • Teach other fitness professionals how to perform assisted stretches and develop a full program based on individual assessments.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of fitness sales and/or operations experience.
  • Ability to manage and drive program‑based revenue streams.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management; able to prioritize deadlines and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, with strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to perform assisted stretching programs on clients of all sizes and age groups.
  • Goal‑oriented and motivated to exceed monthly production goals.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours in a working day and perform physical labor.
  • Knowledge of 25‑minute and 50‑minute assisted stretching sessions.
  • Ability to teach performance and interpretation of assessments.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • National personal training certification.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing a revenue‑generating fitness program.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, motivating others to achieve their goals.
  • Motivated to continually learn about exercise science, fascial anatomy, and fitness programming.
  • Experience with corrective exercise preferred, not required.
Requirements
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
  • Ability to access and operate the company computer system, including preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports.
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
Salary

$58,656 — $100,000 USD
