Status: Part-Time / Non-Exempt

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified instructors and personal trainers to join our team at a vibrant community center serving individuals of all ages. Ideal candidates will have experience leading group fitness classes or providing one‑on‑one training, with specific qualifications in areas such as aquatic fitness, strength training, senior‑focused classes (e.g., Silver Sneakers), and dance fitness formats such as Zumba. Morning hours are currently available, making this a great opportunity for fitness professionals who enjoy creating positive, engaging experiences for community members in a supportive and energetic environment.

• Must be able to design high‑quality, up‑to‑date, scientifically sound, safe, and effective Group Fitness Classes for a variety of student ability levels.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clientele and staff.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Must have the ability to operate a telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
