Freight Forwarder - Air Export, AOG – DSV Global Transport and Logistics

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on shipment status.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
• Flexibility to work weekends and be on-call after hours.

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in transportation of time‑definite urgent cargo is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Expected base pay: $22.25 – $30.25 per hour.
