Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator - Deliveries, you will support daily logistics operations by loading pallets, securing freight, and transporting loads between two designated locations. This role is hands-on and physically active, requiring attention to safety, efficiency, and accuracy. You will play an essential role in ensuring materials are moved on time and in good condition while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Position Summary: Logistics support, inter-office transport & deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivery & distribution of equipment, materials and packages between Tempe office and Phoenix datacenter
  • Datacenter support. Shipping and receiving, and associated inventory management
  • Take initiative on and accept assignments that improve datacenter organization / cleanliness / operational readiness
  • Support movement, distribution, and storage of various workplace materials, including but not limited to technology and equipment, swag, documents, packages of various sizes, etc.
  • Support New Hire & remote queue shipping by prepping outbound shipments, coordinating all necessary pickups, and providing both systemic and written communication on all matters fulfillment
  • Support swag shipping program with total ownership over inventory management and fulfillment. Treat swag inventory with same diligence as datacenter inventory. Physically ensure total accuracy with counts and ensure total alignment between physical and electronic (Sharepoint page) records
  • Be knowledgeable and proficient in domestic shipping and international shipping. Create all necessary documentation to ensure smooth-as-can-be Customs clearance and delivery to GoDaddy employees. Knowledgeable and accountable, too, for troubleshooting and providing additional documents or re-providing documents needed for Customs and delivery
  • Generally, being detail-oriented and ensuring highest level of accuracy with any task that impacts employee experience, equipment, swag, or otherwise
  • Encourage and exemplify teamwork within our team and with other teams, be resourceful, act with urgency, be strong communicator, drive self-training and cross-training efforts, raise hand and say something if see any sort of improvement opportunity
  • Communicate clearly and diligently with telephone, email, Slack, SNOW, Workday requests
  • Demonstrate etiquette and professional courtesy when interfacing with internal and external partners
  • Make suggestions to Logistics team to improve/enhance logistics model. Continually assesses process improvement regarding quality and efficiency as it relates to current processes and piloting new innovations and practices
  • Provide clear and timely cues on equipment and packaging supplies and any necessary re-orders to avoid all stock-outs or disruption
  • Work safely and insist on a culture of safety
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior warehouse, loading, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy pallets and materials throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working overnight and extended shifts.
  • Basic ability to use a phone, tablet, or scanner for logging deliveries.
