• Gather all necessary equipment for assigned flight
• Verify flight documentation to ensure correct items are loaded before heading to ramp
• Interact with other customer service team members to identify and solve problems
• Interface with flight attendants and provide excellent customer service
• Comply with all operating and safety procedures regarding driving, positioning the unit at the planes, securing the work platform, loading and unloading carts on and off the planes
• Dispose of domestic and international trash based on CBP regulated guidelines
• Follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact/communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary

• Must have a Commercial Driver License (Class A or
  
  B)
• Work assigned schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays; MUST HAVE OPEN SCHEDULE
• Work overtime when required
• Ability to speak, read and understand English
• Comply with all work rules and regulations
• Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Able to pass a basic written test
• Ability to handle dry ice
• Pass a DOT Pre-Employment physical test
• Pass a criminal background and an airport / TSA background check
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required

• Stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours
• Lifting and pushing up to 50+ lbs
• Use fingers/hands to handle equipment
• Exposure to temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise
• Active walking, intense physical activity
• Exposure to various weather conditions and heights

Full-time

$24.00 per hour, Expected hours: 40 per week
