Pay: $27.50/ Hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Full-time. Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, or weekend-focused shifts with some weekday routes. Weekend shifts pay $2 more per hour.

Safely operates a heavy‑duty truck to perform assigned duties on transfer routes.

• Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal requirements and company expectations. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using DVIR; note issues for corrective review/repair.
• Immediately report unsafe situations or service calls to Operations Manager or Dispatch before attempting service.
• Participate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Operations Manager.
• Work closely with Operations Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify problems or unsafe conditions.
• Assist other company drivers as directed and perform all duties scheduled by Operations Manager or Dispatch.
• Notify Operations Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Notify Dispatch or Operations Manager of issues (e.g., blocked containers, missed pick‑ups) as per Service Machine protocol.
• Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager.
• Completely dump all containers; leave the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
• Complete and submit customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
• Position containers properly on customer property, ensuring lids are replaced and containers are upright and do not block entrances.
• Follow route assignments throughout the day and complete all documentation upon route completion.

• Experience:
  
  No prior work experience required.
• Commercial Driver’s License (Class B CDL); applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• Acceptable driving record required.
• Complete pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Pass motor vehicle record review.
