Field Operations Associate – Autonomous Delivery

Trident Consulting is seeking a Field Operations Associate – Autonomous Delivery for one of our clients, a global leader in business and technology services.

Pay Rate: $22.50/hr (W2) – Duration: 3+ months (extension possible).

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (AM Shift) or 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (PM Shift).

Schedule:

5 days per week, 8‑hour shifts, with nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Shift Rotation:
May rotate between shifts based on operational needs (two‑week notice provided).
Training:
Two‑day paid training will be conducted in Mesa, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and navigate efficient routes between multiple merchant partners using a company‑provided vehicle or e‑bike.
• Securely load customer orders into autonomous delivery robots, ensuring packaging integrity and spill prevention.
• Use proprietary mobile logistics software to locate robots, unlock cargo compartments, and update order status in real time.
• Clean robot cargo compartments as needed.
• Monitor robots for safe crossings in designated areas.
• Assist with facility and asset cleaning, auditing, inventory, and other operational tasks during downtime.
• Adhere to safety standards, driving policies, and operational procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Ability to support multiple locations throughout the Greater Phoenix Area.
• Comfortable navigating the Phoenix metro area.
• Ability to pass ongoing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and operating micro‑mobility equipment (e‑bike, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured schedules.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
