Job Title: Transportation Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $60,000-$75,000

Vaco has partnered with a well-established food manufacturing and distribution company serving customers throughout Arizona. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Transportation Manager with transportation leadership, logistics operations, and process improvement expertise.

• Manage and lead a team of approximately 15 delivery drivers serving customers throughout Arizona.
• Oversee daily routing, delivery scheduling, transportation logistics, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and transportation processes to improve department performance.
• Resolve customer delivery issues, product concerns, and transportation-related service challenges.
• Evaluate, select, and assist with implementation of transportation and routing software.

• 3+ years of transportation, logistics, fleet, or distribution management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing transportation teams and drivers.
• Experience creating SOPs, performance metrics, and operational processes.
• Strong routing, logistics, and transportation operations knowledge.
• Stable employment history and ability to provide a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
