Location: West Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, day shift)

Our client is seeking a reliable Inventory Control Specialist / Cherry Picker Operator to join their warehouse operations team in West Phoenix
. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, verifying bin locations, and assisting with system updates.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable operating cherry picker equipment to access product stored at various heights. You’ll work closely with the inventory department and support ongoing warehouse organization efforts.

Perform daily cycle counts and verify product quantities in designated bin locations.

Identify and report discrepancies, empty bins, or misplaced inventory
.

Safely operate a cherry picker (stock picker/reach lift) to access upper-level racking.

Use a tablet or laptop to record counts and make minor inventory adjustments.

Assist with labeling, product verification, and basic data entry tasks.

Occasionally pull items or materials as requested by internal teams.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.

Experience operating a cherry picker or reach lift (certification preferred).

Comfortable using tablets, laptops, or handheld scanners for data entry.

Basic Excel knowledge; familiarity with SAP or similar systems a plus.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work safely at heights when using equipment.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (day shift)
