Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Lead in the Phoenix, AZ area for an autoparts distribution international company. The candidate will be working with the General Manager on all warehouse operational tasks.

Position: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Spanish/English)

Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-hire

Shifts Available: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $20/hr.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008

• Lead and supervise a warehouse team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Oversee and manage inventory, addressing discrepancies and promoting accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols & provide trainings for new hires.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and coordination between departments.
• Resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
• Optimize workflow efficiency, reducing errors and improving overall productivity.
• Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in warehouse leadership or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages for effective collaboration and training.
• Problem-solving skills to address operational issues and optimize workflows.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using functions).
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
