Mountainy is expanding with a brand-new warehouse facility in Goodyear — and we’re hiring Warehouse Associates to help us launch it! This is a rare opportunity to be part of the founding team at our newest location, helping set up the facility and build best‑in‑class fulfillment operations from the ground up.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for the full cycle of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. You’ll help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure every order meets our quality standards.

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Scan and store products in our inventory system
• Pick and pack orders with precision and care
• Inspect incoming and outgoing items for damage or defects
• Label, sort, and organize merchandise
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform general warehouse tasks including cleaning and organizing

• Primary Shift: Sunday–Monday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Optional Shift: Tuesdays available for those seeking extra hours

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to operate basic power tools and warehouse equipment
• Willingness to be cross‑trained across departments
• Adaptable to varying temperatures and physical tasks
