. We are one of the most powerful bathroom remodeling brands in the country, operating over 100 franchises across more than 120 DMAs. Our mission is to make residential bathroom renovation effortless by handling every detail from design and product selection to demo and installation.

Description

We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with their hands, who aren’t afraid to learn something new, and who can work both individually and as part of a team. This is a full‑time role based at 4225 W Buckeye Rd., Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85009, with a shift of 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Salary & Shift
  • Hourly salary: $18.00
  • Shift: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, Monday‑Friday
Responsibilities
  • Perform quality‑control inspections after each step of the manufacturing process.
  • Record unusable finished goods on the scrap log and notify supervisor of scrap, reject, or questionable product.
  • Operate forklift or hand forklift to move, convey, or hoist equipment from assigned locations to storage or work area.
  • Use measuring tape, hand tools (hammer, level, screwdrivers, etc.), and power tools (circular saw, drill, table saw, etc.).
  • Apply basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, etc.) to quality‑control and inventory tasks.
  • Lift 20–75 lbs. daily as required.

Communication Skills
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Education and Experience
  • High‑school or technical school graduate.
  • Minimum one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
