Lead Warehouse Associate

Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Trains and efficiently monitors employees on assigned shift.
• Ensures that the daily shift operations for Warehouse Associates meets expectations.
• Ensures all orders are checked for accuracy.
• Ensures all finished goods are put away in the proper location and flow with FIFO (First In/First Out) procedure.
• Performs all facets of Shipping & Receiving, as well as verification and put away RF (radio frequency) scanning.
• Interacts with applicable PAC team members and carriers via verbal, telephone, and e‑mail communication methods.
• Enforces timeliness and quality of warehouse shift operations.
• Operates all areas of responsibility in a safe and orderly fashion.
• Assists other Leads/ Supervisors and production team as needed.
• Operate a forklift as needed and understand forklift mechanics.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• must have one (1) to three (3) years working knowledge of all warehouse operations.

• Forklift Certification

• Must be able to read, speak, and write English with good interpersonal skills. To include reading and comprehending work instructions, safety rules.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, quality, safety, and follow‑up.
• Strong sense of urgency and time management.
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to use a computer, specifically Microsoft Office suite.
• Highly motivated individual that works well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in a written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Must be capable of performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division calculations.
