Since 2016, our high‑protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct‑to‑consumer, and we’re now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. We are vertically integrated: we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in‑house. This operational control allows us to engage customers directly into the R&D process, an initiative where we were first‑to‑market in CPG. The Inventory Specialist ensures the accuracy of inventory within the warehouse and our software systems. You will be the main point of contact for warehouse operations when inventory problems arise and will assist the team with receiving, storing, and tracking materials within the facility.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (some weekends and holidays may be required)

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, including raw ingredients and finished goods. Ensure proper labeling after materials are stored.
• Process partial ingredient returns and restock appropriately.
• Record and track inventory transactions through Fishbowl WMS.
• Assist with maintaining the inventory management system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; research overages and shortages, reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with conducting regular physical inventory counts.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory audits.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met.
• Ensure adherence to safety and workplace standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED; recent college graduates encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inventory or related field.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to become certified on forklift and scissor lift equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and safe workplace practices.
• Experience and desire to support a culture of collaboration and shared success.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to be certified on manual and powered pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Work in a warehouse environment with allergens and variable seasonal temperatures.
• You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
