Opportunity

Keystone’s Warehouse team bears the ultimate responsibility of guarding the company’s most valuable physical assets. This role focuses on efficient and organized storage of inventory and accurate, timely, and intact delivery of products to our customers. The Inventory Control Specialist assists with daily inventory counts, troubleshoots orders that can’t be filled due to discrepancies, collaborates with the team to address error sources, and specializes in returns and the RMA Team.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process returned material in the warehouse.
  • Physically check materials and products.
  • Complete proper paperwork to execute the return cycle.
  • Return items to inventory and repackage products.
  • Assist with additional necessary situations.
  • Collaborate with RMA Team to ensure returns are done in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct daily inventory counts according to a strategic schedule.
  • Investigate and resolve orders that cannot be filled due to inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Report on inventory accuracy metrics.
  • Manage a variety of reporting tools that make up the company’s inventory accuracy program.
  • Assist with large‑scale inventory count preparations.
  • Identify causes of discrepancies and engage with warehouse team members to implement solutions to prevent issues from recurring.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years of experience working in a warehouse facility.
  • Excellent listening and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
  • Capable of working on a team, and independently.
  • High degree of comfort in Microsoft Office applications and aptitude with computers in general.
  • Effective under pressure and capable of understanding when to act with a heightened sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills and use of judgment on when to use written versus verbal methods.
  • Positive can‑do attitude.
  • Can apply the Keystone principles of Light Made Easy for our customers.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
