Seasonal Warehouse Associate; Forklift Operator

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that Trackman products are received, stored, packed, and shipped efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Trackman is hiring a seasonal warehouse team member for our busy season. You'll spend most of your day on a forklift, with some hands-on lifting and organizing. No forklift certification? No problem. We'll train and certify the right candidate.

• Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move pallets

• Down-stack, organize, and put away stock

• Perform cycle counts and inventory counts, and report discrepancies

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Follow all safety procedures

• Forklift experience strongly preferred (we will train and certify)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable attendance and a safety-first attitude

• Scanner or inventory software experience is a plus

• Paid forklift training and certification

• Consistent day shift in an air-conditioned warehouse

• Overtime may be available during peak periods

• Strong performers may be considered for a permanent position, depending on company needs
