Warehouse Coordinator -PHX

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGThe Warehouse Coordinator is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure. Working primarily in our yard, our warehouse coordinator manages the comings and goings of items at our facility throughout the day. You will monitor and control plant inventory with your organization skills and attention to detail.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, you’ll primarily work with internal and external delivery drivers, yard team, production team, dispatcher and office staff.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
• Assisting in loading and unloading of deliveries and sorting and marking inventory per established procedures
• Processing and providing necessary paperwork for shipments and confirming accuracy of documents
• Tracking and managing inventory by completing regular cycle counts
• Crossover with purchasing and planning functions WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORYou’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You have held previous roles in an industrial environment. You have a complex understanding of inventory and logistics.
