GL Material Handler

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Phoenix. This role is essential for supporting daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring that materials are moved, counted, and managed efficiently.

• 2nd shift:
  Monday
  - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• Flexibility to work extra days when needed

• 17.50 USD hourly

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience.
• Inventory counting or quality inspection experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers or containers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse facility.
• Load and unload products from trailers or containers.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Perform general labor tasks to support efficient production operations.
