Warehouse Associate

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a busy records management operation. This is a hands-on position where you'll spend most of your day moving, organizing, and processing materials while working independently to meet daily production goals.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical, active work
, learns quickly, follows instructions well, and can stay productive with minimal supervision.

5:00:

AM - 2:00:

PM - Monday to Friday (weekends off)

3 months contract to start (potential Temp to Hire)

• Move and organize boxes and materials weighing approximately 10-100 lbs. without assistance.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, push carts, and handheld scanners to move and track inventory.
• Process labels, documentation, and orders accurately using handheld technology.
• Load and prepare pallets and materials for outbound shipments.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, ladders, and different floor surfaces safely.
• Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.
• Work independently to maintain productivity and meet daily production targets.

This position is a temporary/contract engagement through Right Stone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. repeatedly and without assistance.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for an entire shift.
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive with minimal supervision.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks and changing priorities.
• Basic ability to read and write English.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Willingness to work with manual material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
