Warehouse Associate

Granite Advanced Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ for a  role. You will manage inventory, ensure efficient warehouse operations, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Daily tasks include receiving and inspecting inventory, stocking and organizing products, and preparing orders for shipment. You will also assist in maintaining warehouse records and collaborating with the team to meet production goals.

The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $64,853 per year, with the exact amount dependent on factors such as experience, education, and performance. You should have high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory according to established procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship products in accordance with customer orders and shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Perform routine warehouse maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing storage areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in training new employees and providing guidance on warehouse procedures and protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks with precision and care.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
