Sales​/Estimating Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales/Estimator Assistant to join our Regional Construction Division. This support-based role is designed for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual who wants to learn the estimating and sales process within the construction industry.

• Assist estimators in preparing and formatting project proposals, bids, and scope documents
• Perform basic takeoffs, measurements, and quantity calculations from blueprints and site plans
• Support sales team with gathering information, photos, and data during job site visits
• Help coordinate and track bid opportunities, subcontractor quotes, and project documentation
• Input and maintain project data within CRM and estimating systems
• Attend client meetings or site walkthroughs with estimators or sales reps as needed
• Assist in developing job costing summaries and post-bid follow-up documentation
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the estimating and sales departments

• Prior experience or education in construction, estimating, or sales support preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Bluebeam or takeoff software a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to visit job sites and learn field measurements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
